It's better to save than to destroy  Redeeming the Earth's original place is a must. Look what the Earth's has been through. Taking care of our nature is enough to save our environment. We already caused a lot of problems to our mother, would we want to put some more in that? It's our duty to keep our earth safe, we are living here without a doubt. Yes, you may say that you didn't ask for it, but, you don't have a choice. Hope is in our hands, so we could atleast give some manners to the Earth. There's a lot of things you could do to contribute making our world a better place. A bunch, actually. If we want to make this a better place for all of us, well we should stick to one another to get through it.  Planting trees will decrease the possibilities of floods and gives you the oxygen you breathe in.  Avoid using single use plastics.  Reflection The discoveries i have gained this quarter is all about the internet. On when it was released, where it happened, how it changed people's lives, who created it and what was the reason why they made it.  The conflict of it was memorizing and trying to understand how it really works and plenty of cramming episodes. It has given me a lot of pressure in my shoulder because at first, it was really difficult to endure and it has given me a lot of time to think about it in any ways possible. Staying up late at night, going to school without eating and trying to focus in every discussions.  I simply tried to read them multiple times, used different kinds of methods and i ended up having a breakdown because nothing was really making sense. Nevertheless, i tried and tried until i reached my goal. It became more clearer cause some of my classmates teached me and i understood it right away.  Try my best next time so i can keep up with my classmates. Some of them help...

 Mental Welfare Numerous cases of children and adults suffer from their psychological well-being. It is proven that they have problems of overcoming them, leading to distress. The cause of each person's problems are mostly about themselves. Being insecure, or getting bullied by other people. Some people study about mental health on how it began, how it's going and how did it end. First, mental health began when a traumatic incident happened to the person and it caused her or him to carry that burden. There are people who sustains themselves to protect them from harm. Second, how it's going. Well, when an incident occur, the victim remembers it all to well. It's starts when she refuses to go out, doesn't eat or do anything the used to do.
